How It Works
Once we've arranged a day/time as well as communicated on what you'd like us to focus on (this is important as it allows me to take the time to adequately prepare) during our lesson: on the day of our online session (minutes before) the start time: I'll be sending you the necessary link(s) to join me online.
What You'll Need
Depending on your IT equipment

if you have an iPad with an Apple Pencil, or any other device (Android/Windows, ...) with a stylus, then we'll be able to share a virtual whiteboard. The App I use is ExplainEverything.

if you don't have an iPad and rely on your laptop/desktop then we'll be using Zoom; I will insist on the fact that the experience is far more immersive with some form of stylus input so if you're working on your laptop then in may be worth considering purchasing a Wacom tablet such as the one you'll see here.

IMPERIAL COLLEGE LONDON - MASTERSÂ APPLIED MATHEMATICS
I learnt many advanced techniques in mathematics, from Vortex Dynamics to Mathematical Biology, studying at Imperial College was an amazingly enriching experience and I love to share some of the many applications of mathematics with my students.
I was also accepted at the UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD to study for their equivalent Masters in Applied Mathematics. I chose Imperial College as I was awarded a full ESPRC scholarship to study there.
August 2000 - June 2003
UNIVERSITY COLLEGE LONDON - BENG (HONS) CIVIL & STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
Studying engineering at University College London, UCL, was an amazing experience. I particularly enjoyed studying fluid mechanics as well as structural dynamics due to the more advanced mathematics needed for those topics. I have always loved seeing how mathematics can model and/or predict real world phenomenon This course at UCL challenged me regularly and taught me more than I could have ever guessed.
September 2007 - June 2010
UNIVERSITÉ PIERRE ET MARIE CURIE, LA SORBONNE, PARIS VI - LICENCE MATHÉMATIQUES
On top of my engineering and masters degrees, I enrolled at the Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris VI, La Sorbonne to further deepen my knowledge of Pure Mathematics (as opposed to my strong background in Applied Mathematics).
Note: These studies were carried-out in French. I should add I am completely bilingual English/French and have experience in teaching/tutoring in both languages.
